what I eat in a week:
smoothie, spaghetti, curry, & tofu scramble (in desc box of following vid) → • what i eat in a week | vegan/plant-based 🌿
golden oats:
(quick) steel cut oats
2 dates
mashed (very ripe) banana
turmeric
cinnamon
pepper (to activate turmeric)
cardamom (very little)
ginger powder
vanilla extract
date sugar (optional)
topped with banana, walnuts, and peanut butter
green juice:
kale
celery (2 stalks)
apples
ginger
carrot/beet juice:
golden beets
carrots
ginger
parsley
apples
green smoothie:
plant milk
dates
protein powder
barley grass juice powder
spirulina
sea moss (I think I was out at the time)
spinach
frozen mango
frozen peaches
frozen banana
alfredo sauce:
1 cup of cashews (soaked overnight or in hot water for 30 mins)
a few cloves of garlic
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
a few tbsps of nutritional yeast
1-1.5 cups of plant mylk
vegan parmesan:
cashews (don't soak them)

Sustainability is so important to me. One of the most impactful ways to live a sustainble lifestyle (besides eating plant based) is thrifting and supporting sustainable/ethical brands. The fashion industry is one of the most wasteful industries of all. Do good by shopping second hand and/or donating the things you no longer need to thrift shops + supporting sustainable brands.
