What I also love about that recipe, is you can use it as a base for any cordial recipe and then infuse it with whatever you want. It makes for the best gin gimlet cocktail everytime!

How to make cordial at home
My "universal" cordial recipe
600 gr Water
250 gr Sugar
8 gr Citric acid
6 gr Tartaric acid
Zest of two grated limes
Cold infuse for 24 hours and strain.

2 parts gin
1 part cordial
