Plastic squeezer machine for squeezing recycling mixturer of label and cap flakes from PET bottles, PE PP bottles and tanks.
The plastic squeezer with speical screw design, to meet the processing requiremnt of hard and soft material mixture. It provides a good solution on dewatering and agglomerating the mixtue of labels and cap flakes from the recycling plants for PET bottles, PP PE bottles and tanks.
The squeezed materials with very lower mositure less than 1-2%, and the agglomerating materials will be fed easily to the pelletizing machines for deep recycling process.
The label and cap flakes plastic squeezer line includes screw loader, squeezer machine, cyclone system and centralized control cabinet.
