Application: the plastic squeezer machine is used to dewatering and granulate the waste PE plastic film by one time processing, for example: kinds of package films, agricultural films, greenhouse films, plastic shop bags, fresh keeping film bags and garbage bags, etc
Working efficiency: the final moisture of plastic films can be up to 2-3%, and the squeezer can reducer 50-60% volume of the plastic films.
squeezer capacity: 800-1000kg/h in this video.
Other availabel models: 250-400kg/h, 400-550kg/h, 600-800kg/h.
Squeezer consist of: feeding hopper, reducer and motor, barrel and screw, heating and cooling system, granulating system, water dervision flume, cyclong system and control cabinet.
Optional units:
1, screw loader: for feeding the PE plastic film into the squeezer from ground.
2, PP mold: for processing the PP mateials such as jumbo bags, a special mold is required for good squeezing work.
The plastic squeezer machine can be used in a plastic film washing line or solely, and you can get same squeezing and granulating result.
