SO very excited to bring this one to you guys!! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would be able to catch a shiny shadow pokemon, but here we are!
I need to give a huge shoutout to the Underdog 2020, who was the first person to find and capture a shiny shadow Quilava in colosseum ( • LIVE! Shiny Shadow Quilava on Colosseum af... )
This was a tough hunt for sure. While Quilava is the easiest Johto starter to shiny hunt for early game (see intro for why), it is still a brutal hunt. SR's can range anywhere from 2-8 minutes. Poison, burning, critical hitting/confusing Quilava causing it to faint... so much variation to deal with
