A rainy, muddy Kingdom parkrun — the perfect recipe for chaos. Today I’m taking on one of the harder parkrun courses in the UK, complete with 5km of slippery woodland trails, steep climbs, and plenty of muddy puddles!
I wasn’t sure if this would be a course 5km PB attempt or just a survival run, but I gave it everything. Whatever the result I always enjoy this Parkrun, so hopefully the weather behaves!
