a. Consider Ordinance No. 1662: An Ordinance Authorizing the Interim City Administrator to
Execute a Contract with Canby Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $3,479,492.00 for the South
Walnut Street Extension project and Declaring An Emergency to a Second Reading on February
18, 2026. (First Reading)

Township Road.
