b. Consider Ordinance No. 1664: An Ordinance Approving Interim City Administrator to Enter an
Agreement with PumpTech to Purchase the Diesel Engine Trailer in the Amount of $57,690.00.

c. Consider Resolution No. 1452: A Resolution Authorizing the Initiation of a Sister City Program
with Bắc Giang, Vietnam and Authorizing the Mayor to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
