I learned this recipe from my mom, even if with some difference.. anyway... everyone appreciates my meat rolls very much!
Veal rolls are really easy to prepare and it's convenient to keep them in the freezer for a quick dinner when you have zero ideas and desire for something good for dinner, maybe to accompany a salad.
Important note: it is important that the meat is in very thin slices and cooking on the grill must be fast enough on medium heat (not too high) because the meat cooks very quickly and must remain tender.
PS: You can try to do the same recipe with thin slices of pork loin
ingredients:*
200 g thin veal slices
100 g breadcrumbs
50 g grated parmigiano reggiano and pecorino
60 g cheese (I used scamorza)
60 g ham
salt
black pepper
extravirgin olive oil
