Описание: Salt gets a bad rap and we are told to avoid it. Pure, unrefined, sea salt is full of minerals, unlike its refined counterpart. Refined salt has been bleached and stripped of its nutritional benefits. Not to mention other chemical additives like anti-caking agents. Read your salt label and be mindful of food labels that have chemical ingredients that contain the word “sodium” like sodium benzoate, sodium nitrate/nitrite, and mono sodium glutamate to name a few. These are really the culprits of inflammation that can drive blood pressure.
