Описание: GREEN MASALA CHICKEN CURRY
Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken cut into medium size pieces
2 potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
2 onions chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 one inch pieces of cinnamon
3 or 4 cloves
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
 ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons grated coconut
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons oil

Grind the coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies, cinnamon and cloves to a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till golden brown
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry well
Add the turmeric, coriander and cumin powders and fry well
Add the coriander and coconut paste and keep frying till the oil separates from the mixture
Add the meat and mix well. Now fry till the pieces become firm.  
Add the potatoes, salt to taste and 1/2 cup of water and simmer till the chicken is cooked and gravy is thick. 
Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
