The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is preparing for another major land auction in Hyderabad. After successfully generating ₹3862 crore from the Kokapet land auction three months ago, the Telangana government is now targeting at least ₹2500 crore through upcoming auctions in key growth corridors.

Uppal Bhagayath

Mokila

Lemoor

Turkayamjal

HUDa Heights Layout & other developed layouts

Several plots remain unsold in these layouts and are expected to go under the hammer soon.

💰 Why is HMDA Conducting These Auctions?

Funds raised from these land sales will be used for major infrastructure development projects in Hyderabad, including:

Radial Roads Project

Budvel to Kokapet Trumpet Flyover

3.57 km Pipeline Road from MGIT (Shankarpally) to Manikonda

ORR service road expansion from Nanakramguda to Gachibowli

9 km Elevated Corridor from Banjara Hills to Shilpa Layout

18 km Elevated Corridor from JBS to Shamirpet

Paradise to Boinpally Elevated Corridor

Metro Rail financial commitments (Approx. ₹2000 crore payout)
