Ingredients:
Maida (all-purpose flour)
Suji (semolina)
Sugar
Milk
Saunf (fennel seeds)
Cardamom powder
Oil for frying
Method:
Prepare smooth batter using maida, suji, milk and sugar.
Add saunf and cardamom for flavour.
Heat oil and pour small portions of batter.
Fry on medium flame until golden brown.
