Today’s class is a 15-minute full body mat Pilates workout designed to gently strengthen and support your entire body while keeping movement low impact, intentional, and aligned. This is a balanced, feel-good workout that supports your body rather than pushing it — perfect if you’re looking to build strength while maintaining ease and flow.

This class can be done on its own or paired with a stretch or lymphatic flow from earlier days in the challenge.
