Air Fryer Country Potatoes:
wash potato, peel if desired
Dice potato into cubes (I used red potatoes)
In a bowl, mix with olive oil and salt and pepper
Air fry 7 minutes on 400F. Then shake air fryer basket lightly, and air fryer another 7 minutes on 400F.
Enjoy!!! So easy!
