Pilates upper body circuit for toned arms 💦💪 This Arms workout is super easy but really effective!
➖➖➖
1️⃣ Table top push-up x 12 reps
2️⃣ Triceps press x 12 reps
3️⃣ Tricep dips x 12 reps
4️⃣ Kneeling push-up x 6-8 slow reps
👉🏼 Rest 1 minute and repeat x 3 times!
Beginner do 12 reps
Advance 18 reps
👉🏼 Watch your posture (core engaged, neutral spine, shoulders away from ears)
It’s important to avoid any tension in your neck and low-back!🙏🏼
