In the first 2 or minutes, I explore the "Curio World" version of Spira. Which is Spira after going outside a Curio Domain. This is what the game keeps loaded when you're inside a Curio Domain.

Similar to the cavern world, NPCs and stuff are missing. Except near the Curio entrance in the real world. Also, textures and models decrease in quality as you go further from the Curio entrance.

In the rest of the video, I accidentally trigger a state that's halfway between the real world and the Curio World. All NPCs and stuff are there, but the texture/model quality is very low.

If I had to guess, the "focal point" for determining texture/model quality has shifted to the Curio entrance that's underneath Spira. When it should be the Curio entrance at Spira.
