From stocking up on essentials to preparing your car, now is the time to prepare for the winter weather that's expected to arrive on Sunday. The impending snowstorm will likely come around a week after a refreeze caused a massive pileup along an overpass above Interstate 83. One woman told WBAL-TV 11 News she was stuck on the overpass for five hours. Now, she's cautioning people against driving during winter weather when possible.
