Hold the Light for Your Holiday Gathering ~ Monday Morning Meditation

In this week's Monday Morning Meditation (Mmm!), we return to #Mooji's mantra, "Pure air in, everything else out", as our focus to bring our attention back to center.

Before that, I talk about something my mentor, Jane Elizabeth Hart (founder and spiritual leader of Center for Enlightenment, https://CenterForEnlightenment.com) shares in her teachings: When you go to holiday gatherings with family or otherwise, you might be the most aware person at the gathering, so it is up to you be in charge of your own emotions, to help uplift others, and do your best to stay out of the drama of others.

Enjoy this practice this week, return to your aware and peaceful center during your holiday gathering, and stay in the flow of love, peace, and poise as much as you can each day!
