Rear Double Bicep fixing small arms
In the rear double you need to really drive the hands back hard towards the judges
When I don't see this happen a competitor will hide the bicep peak and the top of the front delt.
To really look massive on that top shelf push the hand back hard, this should feel uncomfortable, especially for big guys that have lacking external rotation ability.
This is where you need to program in some RAIL/PAIL shoulder external rotation work to gain more access to the ROM you need to pose in.
