This terrace from the late Victorian era has stood the test of time as part of Ilford's commercial hub. Dozens of businesses have come and gone over the past 100 years and the turnover can be rapid even within a short space of time.
In this episode we look at the shops which occupied the parade in 2007. A constantly evolving section of Cranbrook Road - how many of the stores can you remember occupying those units in years gone by?
