In today's at home contortion training we’re diving into one of the most powerful and essential poses for aspiring contortionist — the bridge pose!
Today’s practice focuses on:
✅ Deepening your bridge pose
✅ Using the wall for support and alignment
✅ Building shoulder and chest flexibility safely
✅ Prepping your body for more advanced backbends
All you need is:
• Two yoga blocks
• A wall
• A couch or chair if you’re joining our bonus handbalancing play time at the end!
