Transcript: Jill DeWit: Hi. Jill DeWitt here from jactol.com. You know, I will never understand why people seem to think they have to make things so difficult. The other day we met with a guy who's way up at this great title company working with us for Title Mind. He's talking about this billion dollar deal done on a cocktail napkin and I think that's okay. So now I'm still trying to get this office space project done and it's killing me. I gotta tell you. I thought the other day the deal was dead. I came back with a list of conditions that I wanted. I pretty much said no to this, no to that, no to this, no to that, and I was ready to walk away. But they were not done. They came back said, "Okay. What's it gonna take?"
So, here we are now. It's a couple more days of this going on and I just sent off, literally it's 5:00, well it's 5:30 now. I just sent off the final paperwork and everything's signed and we should be good to go. But what's funny is I think what finally got everybody motivated is that they're sick of this too and it's just one guy, it's a broker. I'll tell you it's a broker who's complicating the heck out of this. That's what's going on. Anyway, fingers crossed I can be recording this, maybe tomorrow, from our new office space as I get the keys in the morning. We'll see how that goes.
But we also ... It was today, though. We did ... His name is Tyler. I think it's Impact to Income in Utah. He's got a nice little podcast show that he's working on and he asked Jack and I to be on there and so we did that today. And so it was a lot of fun.
