The Booty Workout:
Warm Up (foam rolling)
Activation (Kickbacks and Donkey kicks) 3 sets x 10 reps
Hip Thrusts 5 sets x 10 reps (I decrease my reps when adding weight)
Sumo Deadlifts 5 sets x 10 reps (I decrease my reps when adding weight)
Sumo Squat on the Smith Machine 4 sets x 10 - 8 reps
Single Leg Glute Kickbacks using the Smith Machine 4 sets x 10 - 8 reps
Hip Abductors 4 sets x 10 - 8 reps
Rope Pull Through 4 sets x 10 - 8 reps
Pulse Sumo Stance Cable Squats 4 sets x 10 - 8 reps
*** I increase weight once or twice per exercise.
Make sure to stretch afterwards!
