On the LEO front, scalability issues (discussed in our prior chat with Witkowski in 2023) remain a concern ... particularly with the federal government's BEAD program poised to award hundreds of millions of dollars to both SpaceX's Starlink and Amazon Leo, the latter of which is still in the process of launching its constellation and facing delays.
