In this video, we push pasta to its limits by testing four different spaghetti-style pastas—plus one mysterious wildcard—to see which can actually pass as legit noodles.
Some turn mushy. Some break. One might actually surprise you.

✅Ingredients (and conclusions):
Baked baking Soda (Video shows how to make it) - ~1 1/2 tsp to 1.5L of water, top up water as required
Spaghetti / Spaghettini - Great for 1-to-1 yellow noodle substitute
Spaghettoni - Great for thicker applications, upcoming video on this!
Angel Hair / Capellini - Great for wanton mee substitutes and thinner uses (crispy noodles)
1 local German option: Faden Nestchen - 'bit of a surprise here, even better than Capellini!
For Kon-loh style Sauce:
Maggi Sauce (to taste)
Sesame Oil (to taste)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Oyster Sauce (optional)
