Zayka Ka Tadka

Ingredients
Lemon / Nimbu - 1 kg.
Jaggery powder / Gud - 1 kg.
Pickle masala / Achar masala - 250 gms
tsp = teaspoon
tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions
Cut the lemon into small pieces. Remove its seeds. Transfer it to a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds.
Now add jaggery powder and pickle masala. Grind it again for a few seconds.
Take it out to bowl. This pickle should initially be kept at room temperature for 2 days and then stored in a glass jar and keep it in a refrigerator to consume for up to one year.
You can consume this chutney after 2 to 3 days.
