So many people have committed suicide because they are more tired than we think they are.

During this time of year, it is easy for people to feel family trauma return, and feel:
-overwhelmed,
-tired,
-defeated,
-outnumbered,
-depressed,
-anxious,
-re-traumatized

These emotions cannot be healed by alcohol, marijuana and other drugs, festivities, supportive friends and family, and the allure of Christmas.
