The finesse/spring skill is useful. Hideyoshi should fill with his C4 if the crowd is dense. Otherwise, it is then C8. It is interesting for his musou string versus normal moveset during musou. The normal moveset is definitely more consistent but is doesn't keep unique officers in hitstun long enough when they are grounded. The musou string is more effective at getting around guard.
Like many characters, musou damage is inconsistent because of the level 3 effects. He has the potential to KO certain unbuffed unique officers.
