Enemy officers will often air-recover during his musou. I am not sure if there is any damage fallout from this effect. This does not happen when he has a range bonus instead.
His special will let him easily musou fill in any situation. He should freeze first for the hyper and super-hyper mode officers. Aim the first C1 slash away from the officer and then hit them with the shockwaves. He has two chances to freeze if the officer is blocking. Like all characters he can extend his musou by tacking on a jump charge at the end but he can also do the same with his special.
