These classic no-bake chocolate “Potato” cakes are rich, soft, and incredibly easy to make at home. This simple dessert requires just a few ingredients and no oven at all.
Start by crushing 400 g of cookies into fine crumbs. You can use a blender or place the cookies in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Add 40 g of cocoa powder and mix everything well so the cocoa spreads evenly through the crumbs.
Next, pour in 380 g of sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes thick and sticky. The dough should hold its shape when pressed.
Shape the mixture into small oval cakes that resemble little potatoes.
For the coating, mix 20 g of cocoa powder with 50 g of crushed cookies. Roll each cake in this mixture so they become fully coated and get a rich chocolate look.
Place the finished cakes on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This helps them firm up and develop their perfect texture.
After chilling, your homemade no-bake chocolate potato cakes are ready to enjoy.
