⭐️THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Arms and Abs Workout
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band.
We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 Circuits (Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, Back + Biceps)
✔️ 2 Moves Per Circuit (Strength + Power)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeating Each Circuit x 2 Sets
✔️ And There Is A 1-Minute Ab Exercise Between Circuits
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ SET ONE: SHOULDERS
1. Strength: Alternating Lat Raise
2. Power: Chop + Single Arm Press R/L

Abs: Uneven Overhead March
2️⃣ SET TWO: BACK
1. Strength: Single Arm Row R/L
2. Power: Burpee + 2 Banded Lat Pulls

Abs: Plank + Row
3️⃣ SET THREE: CHEST
1. Strength: Chest Fly
2. Power: Stack on Push Ups +1 Burpee

Abs: Chest Press Deadbugs
4️⃣ SET FOUR: TRICEPS
1. Strength: Single Arm Banded Tricep Kickbacks R/L
2. Power: Lateral Shuffle + Banded Side Punch R/L

Abs: L-Sit Leg Lifts
5️⃣ SET FIVE: BICEPS
1. Strength: Banded Hammer Curls
2. Power: 4 Mountain Climbers + 1 Push Up
