In this circuit-style strength workout, we build muscle in our upper body and abs. This dumbbell workout will target your biceps, triceps, and shoulders with focus rounds!
30-MINUTE SHOULDERS, ARMS & ABS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- To maximize this workout aim to lift heavy! As a reference, I used 10-25lbs/4.5-11.3kg.

-WRIST WEIGHTS

FOCUS ROUNDS
WORK: 40 SECONDS
REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 30 SECONDS

-90 DEGREE PRESS UP
-HAMMER W/ TWIST
-CROSSBODY CURL
-PREACHER CURL (L&R)

-TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSION
-CANDLESTICK W/ SLOW LOWER
-SIDE TO SIDE TAPS
-DEAD BUG
-TOE TOUCHES
