“Because of the way the MFAB programme is structured, I know I will be getting exposure to other divisions that I would have otherwise learned through trial and error. My interactions with peers feel like a boot camp, discussions with them help me get a 360-degree understanding from an external standpoint and I can use that conversation as a basis for introducing a new idea or a concept.”
She shares how the classroom and cohort interactions are strengthening her approach to succession planning, leadership development, and her readiness to take on new domains such as cost accounting, strategic HR, and strategy management.
