Breast Cancer Self Blame- Two Things I do to Stop the Shame

Описание: In this video I'm talking about the guilt and shame we all experience after a breast cancer diagnosis--really ANY cancer diagnosis. We all feel at least a little responsible in the beginning. I'm here to list the reasons why we should not carry this self-blame around, and two things we can do to free ourselves from it, whether we have DCIS, Invasive Ductal or Lobular Breast Cancer. It's the same for us all!
