This is part two of our family's mini vacation to the Lake of Bays area and more specifically, Dwight Bay and the Oxtongue River. The Lake of Bays is such a beautiful region to paddle and explore. Dwight, Ontario is at the northern edge of the region and just a short drive west of Algonquin Park on Highway 60.
For a quick getaway without fully diving into the backcountry, but still getting the benefits of being surrounded by nature and wilderness, you need to visit the Lake of Bays & Oxtongue region.
