In this video I show how to make a Balance Board with soft rubber bumpers. The board is made from lasercut plywood sheets and the bumpers are made from two component urethane rubber. 3D printed molds are used for urethane casting.
Urethane: PMC-770 (Shore 70A, Pot life 30min, Cure time 16h)
