CATCH BALANCE WITH THIS COOLEST DIY BALANCE BOARD!

Описание: What ways to catch balance do you know? Yoga, meditation, delicious food? It's all nonsense! We came up with a cooler and more fun way to do it!

For example, what do you know about the balance board? This is an unstable board that requires coordination to stay on and your personal vestibular and balance trainer! Each workout on it is like performing tricks by circus performers! But to craft a simple balance board is too easy for us. Therefore, we will make this simulator from many old skateboards!

Take some used skateboards, remove the top layer and remove the side pieces. We cut the skateboard into vertical wooden sticks and put them under the press, having previously greased with epoxy resin. You will see a more detailed tutorial in our video! We have a multi-colored board made from many small boards. We only need to shape it, sand it, varnish it and the main part is ready! The board is placed on a special roller, which we will also decorate a little.
