"Reminiscence" is part of the concept album / song collection I playfully call: "The Gemini Trilogy of Yearning, Revelation and Action". The music on this EP was written largely between 03/2020 - 03/2022 alongside the two other parts of the concept album / song collection. They are intertwined and together construct the whole picture of the feelings and atmosphere I wanted to convey with my first fingerstyle work.

We are now closer to the end of summer than the beginning. But in order to move forward we need to look back and reflect first. On this fading August day I want to invite you on a nostalgic fingerstyle journey to 'way back when' with the occasional sentimental weltschmerz and 'if only' vibes. The story behind the music will be told piece by piece.

Part I of my concept album - the "Reminiscence" EP to be exact - is out now for free / "name your price" on bandcamp. Type in 0 to just enjoy the music or more than 0 to also show your love and appreciation while supporting me directly. Any and all donations are welcome and much appreciated.

By the time I'm writing this I have finished the recording and post-production of 14 songs, so a good 2/3 of the concept album. 5 of these songs you can listen to on my new EP "Reminiscence". Though the mood of this EP is probably self-explanatory there is a personal story behind every song and all three parts of the concept album. You could go so far as to call it...'a concept'...Anyway, there are a couple more words I think I will want to put out when all three EPs are done which will be by the end of this year - if all goes well. For now --- wait you read that far?...Since that is the case, please give this EP a try when you like fingerstyle guitar music. It just might be something for you and costs only a little time.
