Monday starts with a chest and arms session in the gym.

Then it's back to the Lab to make and dispatch all the Braw Beard care orders which came in over the weekend.

Wednesday starts off in the gym with a back and shoulders workout.

Then I head to the Lab to make beard oils and package up beard care orders ready for the postman to collect.
