Monday starts with a chest and arms session in the gym.

Then it's back to the Lab to make and dispatch Braw Beard care orders for customers.

Wednesday starts off in the gym with a back and shoulders workout.

Then I head to the Lab to make beard oils and package up beard care orders ready for the postman to collect.

Thursday starts off in the Lab ready to make and post out beard care orders to customers and then finish this vlog for you to watch. Before I finish the vlog, I give you a look at the website pages featuring the new Boab Zombie Halloween beard care products.
