Gwyneth will join us again to introduce a guest close to her heart, yoga teacher Eddie Stern (she started practicing with him in 1998 and they’ve been friends ever since). Stern is truly one of a kind and is masterful at helping his students unwind their bodies and soothe their minds. If you haven’t taken one of his classes before, you’re in for a treat. GP will join Stern for a quick chat, and then he’ll lead us through breathwork (designed to help us de-stress and focus), thirty minutes of Ashtanga yoga, and a short closing meditation. All fitness levels are welcome; we recommend using a mat.


About Eddie Stern
Eddie Stern is an Ashtanga yoga teacher, the author of One Simple Thing, and a lecturer from New York City. He has a passion for spreading understanding, education, and access to yoga through technology, scientific research, and collaboration. He encourages multidisciplinary approaches and diversity in his work. He studies philosophy, Sanskrit, ritual, science, and religion, and he has a great love for music and art, which play a big role in his teaching of yoga.
