1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup onions finely chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 scallion finely chopped
2 pimento chopped
1 baby bell pepper chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp chopped olives
1 tbsp capers (chopped if large)
4 cups chopped portobello mushrooms or button
1/2 cup cooked lentils
.......
2 cups cornflour
2 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
1 tsp dried parsley flakes or green seasoning
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning or salt

12 cups water to boil 30 mins
Steam for 45 mins
Banana leaves, foil paper or corn husks.
