Let's work on our full front splits together 🤩
I highly recommend to use two blocks for this video if you need some support when trying your splits, and I also recommend using a strap!
As always I want to remind you to make sure that you never ever EVER feel any pain while practicing yoga. If you do feel pain, I want you to stop whatever you're doing and come out of the pose or take a step back. It is okay to feel discomfort. Feeling discomfort is actually great, it means that the body and the mind are being challenged, and that change is being initiated. However, make sure to differentiate between the feeling of pain, and the sensation of discomfort, at any given time.
