Описание: King Pigeon Pose is definitely my favourite yoga pose, I not only love the aesthetic of it but it also helped me so much to open my shoulders and chest. In this video I'm guiding you through my favourite exercises to help you to flip your grip and achieve this beautiful yoga pose. It's a follow along yoga pose tutorial that will help you to increase your range of motion in your shoulders, deepen your backbend, and open your hips.

As always I want to remind you to make sure that you never ever EVER feel any pain while practicing yoga. If you do feel pain, I want you to stop whatever you're doing and come out of the pose or take a step back. It is okay to feel discomfort. Feeling discomfort is actually great, it means that the body and the mind are being challenged, and that change is being initiated. However, make sure to differentiate between the feeling of pain, and the sensation of discomfort, at any given time.
