With Mother’s Day coming up on Sunday, here is a special mango recipe to impress your mother, mango panna cotta, as a thank you for all she does for you. Check out the recipe, and you can thank me later!!!
Ingredients Required to make Mango Panna Cotta -
2 tsp Gelatine
Water
300 ml Milk
300 ml Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Lemon zest
½ cup Mango Puree
½ cup Mango, chopped
¼ cup Chia Seeds, soaked
A few Mint Leaves
Method to make Mango Pana Cotta -
1) Take the gelatin powder in a bowl, add water & let it bloom for 15 mins.
2) Next, take the milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, lemon zest in a small saucepan, mix it well & place it on the stove.
3) Warm up the milk mixture & then remove from heat.
4) Next, add the gelatin & mix well, strain the mixture & get it to room temperature.
5) Now pour into ramekins or a small bowl & refrigerate for 2 hours.
6) To serve demould in a bowl, add the mango puree, mint leaves & chia seeds.
7) Garnish with chopped mangoes & serve chilled.
