Описание: I have to admit, life with an artificial heart pump has been pretty good. I’ve often claimed that I got back 97% of the life I had. That was a lot more than they promised; and for that, I’m grateful! In many ways though, my life changed forever the day I received an LVAD. It will never be as simple or certain again. In what is probably the most personal episode of Life on Batteries yet, while coming to terms with the life I now have, the possibility of healing my heart and complete recovery is placed on the table. I’ve worked hard to be healthy since my heart attack. This installment follows me through clinics and testing to explore the possibility that my hard work and commitment to rehabilitation could pay off in a way greater than I had ever imagined.
