Описание: I run into Ryan at a Gym in Thailand. He was undoubtedly one of the most muscular guys there and not to mention his strength!

Naturally, I was impressed and started a conversation, curious to know his routine.
We got along and decided to work out together.
​
At some point, we talked about our past and what brought us to Thailand.
​
He told me that he had a HEART ATTACK at AGE 38 and was probably the unhealthiest person on this planet.
​
How I reacted? "Damn, that's inspiring. I need to have you on the podcast!" I said.
​
And so here we are...

Ryan has a story to tell. It's sad, yet still inspiring.
