This is my tips/experience with exchanging the headband and covers for Bose QC30. Additionally a closeup with microscope of the connecting cables to the motherboard. With the right side cable connection I'm not 100% sure as I lost the picture that was taken before desoldering. 3 pins in the middle row are a best guess connection but till now I haven't found any problems with it. if found will update description and comments section..
