Steps to fix your device.
1. Start with the right side
2. Heat up the panel
3. Pry up on the panel carefully
4.Unhook the antenna
5. Break the old rivets holding the board down by heating them up
6. Remove the board and unplug it from its place
7. Remove the antenna under the board
8. Remove the LED plastic
9. Go to the left side
10. Heat up the side panel
11. Pry the panel up (BE CAREFUL THE BATTERY IS ON THIS SIDE)
12. Remove the tape off the clip
13. Remove the clip
14. Get your new neckband https://bit.ly/37hLpIy
15. Plugin the boards on both sides
16. Test the sound
17. Glue the unit back together
15. Get back to jamming out 🎵

All this to basically say that we are all addicted to coffee and stay in the warehouse for ridiculously long hours in order to keep up with the demands of the youth for these two-sided head audio devices and speakers that float when you throw them in the ocean or in your bathtub to test if they actually float. On top of that, we do like it when less stuff ends up in landfills so we hoard everything on shelves with wheels so that we pollute less, it just sits in our warehouse losing molecules slowly over time degrading to become smaller and smaller.
